Dengan adanya analisa tersebut, penerapan EAL dapat membantu dalam menghitung biaya oleh pihak-pihak yang terdampak dari suatu keputusan, dan pihak siapa yang berwenang untuk mengambil keputusan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secara historis, implementasi dari pendekatan EAL dimulai sejak tahun 1970-an, dan telah banyak digunakan oleh setidaknya 97 negara dalam pembuatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan\/atau kebijakan <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>As a form of integration between the field of law and economics, EAL&#8217;s approach applies economical theories in analyzing the process, formation, structures and implications of policies toward social welfare.
